The National Bicycle Greenway together with the Alliance for a Paving Moratorium are organizing NBG2000, an epic bike ride across the United States.
I'm planning to ride. I've always dreamed of riding across the U.S. and NBG2000 will make that dream into a reality.
The ride, led by author and TransAmerica veteran cyclist Martin Krieg will call for a stop to any new road building and to the establishment of a coast-to-coast car-free bicycle highway.
I also volunteered to build the clickable NBG2000 route map that's reachable through the link at the top of this page.
